Because our books are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. We know that's a firm line, so here's the why behind it and what we'll always help with.

## Why our products are non-refundable
Every Soft Landing guide is a digital product. The moment your purchase is complete, the file is available to download and keep, which means we can't take it back the way a physical store takes back an unopened box. For that reason, all e-book and digital download purchases are final, and we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you're buying a digital product, that you're requesting immediate access to it, and that you agree to this no-refund policy.

## What we'll always help you with
A non-refundable policy doesn't mean you're on your own. If something goes wrong, reach out, we want you to actually get what you paid for. We're happy to help if:
- Your download link isn't working or has expired
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You received the wrong file or can't open the file you received
- You never received your download link after purchasing
In any of these cases, email us at hello@softlandingguide.com with your order number and we'll make it right, whether that's resending your file, fixing a technical issue, or correcting a duplicate charge.

## A note for our international customers
We welcome readers from around the world. If you're shopping from the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase but because our products are delivered instantly, you waive that right at the point you download or access the file, which you agree to at checkout. Wherever you are, if a product is faulty, won't open, or isn't what was described, we'll always put it right.
